This place is so off-grid that they have their own solar power farm! And the serene surroundings allow you to truly appreciate the beauty of nature. The meals are flavorful, and the picnic baskets are a delightful treat.

The setting of the hotel was stunning, surrounded by beautiful rocks and veld. The rock formations were a sight to behold. The staff at the hotel were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. They were always willing to help and make sure we had everything we needed.
One major issue we had during our stay was the water temperature in the hut we stayed in. The solar geysers seemed to be small and as a result, the water was quite cold, especially on our last night.

My partner and I had a truly romantic winter break-away at Kagga Kamma. We stayed in one of the cave rooms and it was such a unique and special experience. The beautiful landscape surrounding the resort added to the ambiance of our stay. The food at the restaurant was delicious and we couldn't believe the value for the price we paid. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. I highly recommend Kagga Kamma for a romantic winter getaway.

This place is absolutely mind-blowing! The staff here are super friendly and attentive, making you feel right at home. The food and wine options are jaw-droppingly good, with plenty of choices to satisfy any palate. The quad safari and hiking trail were both amazing experiences, and even though we didn't do the sundowner tour, I'm sure it would have been equally fantastic. The accommodation was comfortable and well-equipped, with everything from hair dryers to slippers. The eco-friendly ethos of this lodge is a true challenge in such a remote location, but they have nailed it. I can't wait to come back in the summer to explore more trails and enjoy the swimming pool.

We had a wonderful experience at Kagga Kamma. The cave suite and open Sky Suite were both amazing. The staff was friendly and efficient, and our room was immaculate. We enjoyed the sunset drive, night drive, and early morning drive, especially with our knowledgeable guide, Jason. The 4 km trial was beautiful, interesting, and exciting. We loved our picnic in the field with the delicious food and excellent staff. The barman, Kevin, went out of his way to be helpful, and staying in the sky suite with a full moon and open sky was a memory we'll cherish. The well-kept infrastructure was a nice touch.

the solitude and calm I experienced there is hard to find anywhere else on this planet. What's even more amazing is that it's just a 4-hour car ride from the international airport. the restaurant at the place offered delicious and reasonably priced food. The trails, especially the blue trail, were absolutely stunning, and I got to see incredible bushmen drawings. Cons: Was all great! 😊.
